Our Founder &
Managing Director
George
Wong, a Certified Practising Management Consultant (PMC),
possesses 20 years of corporate experiences in industrial
engineering, operation management, business development and
marketing functions at Philips Singapore and Singapore
Technologies, and another 14 years of training cum consultancy
experiences in Productivity, Total Quality Process, Innovation
and Quality Circles, Team Excellence,
Service Quality and Business Excellence.
Since 1985, George had actively offered his services to SPRING
Singapore (Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board), first
as a pioneer Key Productivity Activist, then as a Singapore
Quality Award (SQA) National Assessor and a Innovation and
Quality Circles (IQCs) National Assessor. He is currently an
approved SPRING Singapore’s Business Excellence Consultant, an
Associate Consultant with the Singapore Workforce Development
Agency (WDA) on the Workforce Skills Qualifications System (WSQ)
and a certified Consultant for the Pro-Family Business Mark (PFB
Mark) Programme with the Ministry of Community Development,
Youth and Sports (MCYS).
The Asian Productivity Organisation (APO) had appointed him as a
Resource Expert and Trainer for its member countries in Asia in
the areas of Productivity, Quality, Total Quality Management (TQM),
Benchmarking, Quality Circles and Business Excellence since
1998. He is also a facilitator and trainer with the Association
for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) and the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP).
George also serves actively in the
Management Committees of several organisations, such as the Singapore Productivity Association
(SPA), Singapore Manufacturers' Federation (SMa) and the Singapore Polytechnic Industrial
Management Alumni Association (SPIMA). |
